We, Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, the King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
based on article 70 of the Basic Law of Governance issued by Royal Order O/90 dated 27 Sha’ban 1412,
based on article 20 of the Law of the Council of Ministers issued by Royal Order O/13 dated 3 Rabi Al-Awwal 1414,
based on article 18 of the Law of the Shura Council issued by Royal Order O/91 dated 27 Sha’ban 1412,
after perusal of Shura Council Decision 67/11 dated 21 Rabi Al-Thani 1444,
and after perusal of Council of Ministers Decision 457 dated 2 Rajab 1444,
have decreed as follows
First: The amendments adopted by the Assembly of the International Maritime Organization—in its Resolution A.1152(32) dated 8 December 2021—to the Convention on the International Maritime Organization done at Geneva in 1948 is hereby approved in the form attached.
Second: His Royal Highness the Prime Minister, the ministers, and the heads of independent concerned authorities—each within their area of competence—shall implement this decree of Ours.

First: The Accession of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Memorandum of Agreement on the Regional Safety Oversight Organization for the Middle East and North African States is hereby approved in the form attached.
Second: His Royal Highness the Prime Minister, the ministers, and the heads of independent concerned authorities—each within their area of competence—shall implement this decree of Ours.

First: The Agreement on Labour Cooperation for Workers Recruitment between the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 19 Muharram 1444, corresponding to 17 August 2022, is hereby approved in the form attached.
Second: His Royal Highness the Prime Minister, the ministers, and the heads of independent concerned authorities—each within their area of competence—shall implement this decree of Ours.
