The Council of Ministers,
after perusal of its session held under the chairmanship of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Royal Court File 57692 of 8 Sha’ban 1445 [18 February 2024], regarding the decision of the Supreme Committee for Green Saudi D-8-4/44 approving the twenty-seventh day of March of each year to be an official day for the Saudi Green Initiative,
after perusal of Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers Memorandum 2739 dated 11 Ramadan 1444 [2 April 2023],
after perusal the Council of Economic and Development Affairs Minutes 1217/44/M dated 16 Ramadan 1444 [7 April 2023],
and after perusal of the General Committee of the Council of Ministers Recommendation 9306 dated 25 Sha’ban 1445 [6 March 2024],
hereby decides
The twenty-seventh day of March of each year is hereby determined as an official day for the Saudi Green Initiative.

and after perusal of General Committee of the Council of Ministers Recommendation 7848 dated 20 Rajab 1445 [31 January 2024],
hereby decides
Article 4(a) of the System of the Tourism Development Council issued by Council of Ministers Decision 73 dated 27 Muharram 1442 [15 September 2020] is hereby amended by adding a subparagraph bearing the number 16 with the following text: “A representative of the Saudi Geological Survey is a member,” and rearranging the subparagraphs from paragraph (a) in accordance with that.

after perusal of the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers Memorandum 2154 dated 15 Jumada Al-Thani 1445 [28 December 2023],

hereby decides
Clause First of Council of Ministers Decision 179 dated 26 Jumada Al-Thani 1429 [1 July 2008] is hereby amended, by adding a subparagraph to paragraph (h) of it with the following text: “—Technical and digital services supporting and assisting government entities: They are carried out by—without prejudice to the competencies of the relevant government entities—the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority by providing the capabilities relating to data and forward looking capabilities of government entities, enhancing them with innovation in the field of artificial intelligence or emerging technologies, and supporting government entities and assisting them in developing, implementing, and operating their technical and digital services.”

The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Agriculture,
based on the powers entrusted to him by law,
based on article 36 of the Agriculture Law issued by Royal Decree D/64 dated 10 Sha’ban 1442 [24 March 2021],
and Ministerial Decision 14967/1/1444 dated 15 Muharram 1444 [13 August 2022], Adopting the Executive Regulation of the Agriculture Law, based on the approval of the Minister Letter 26555/2384/1444 dated 9 Rabi Al-Awwal 1444 [5 October 2022], authorising the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Agriculture with the authority to issue technical manuals relating to the Executive Regulation of the Agriculture Law, issue their conditions and controls, and amend them, based on article 35 of the Agriculture Law,
and in pursuance of the interest of work,

The Guide for Agricultural Registers for Livestock Breeders and Artisanal Fishermen is hereby adopted in the form attached.
Second
This decision comes into force on the date of its publication, it must be communicated to those who are required to implement it and act by virtue of it, and it repeals all previous decisions in conflict with it.
