The Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources,
based on the powers entrusted to him by law,
Based on Council of Ministers Decision 178 dated 8 Rabi Al-Awwal 1444, Approving the Transfer of the Competence of Licensing for the Industrial Consultancy and Mining Consultancy Professions and the Competences Relating to Them from the Ministry of Commerce to the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources,
and based on the powers entrusted to him by law,
hereby decides
First
The Rules Governing the Practice of the Industrial Consultancy and Mining Consultancy Professions are hereby approved in the form attached.
Second
The existing licences remain valid and are renewed after the expiry of their term in accordance with the provisions of these rules.
Third
This decision must be published in the official gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.

The Board of Directors of the Real Estate General Authority,
based on the powers entrusted to it by law,
and after perusal of clause 2 of the minutes of the 23rd meeting of the board of directors of the authority containing the approval of the board on the recommendation of the executive committee of the authority regarding the Governance Regulation for Real Estate Auctions.
hereby decides
First: The Governance Regulation for Real Estate Auctions in its attached form is hereby approved and completing the legal procedures in its regard must be completed.
Second: The decision must be communicated to those required to implement it and act upon it.
