The Council of Ministers,

after perusal of its session held under the chairmanship of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Royal Court Transaction 64346 dated 18 Ramadan 1444 [9 April 2023], which includes the Minister of Environment, Water, and Agriculture Telegram 280899 dated 11 Rajab 1444 [2 February 2023], regarding a draft Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia for Cooperation in the Field of Agriculture,

after perusal of the aforementioned draft memorandum,

after perusal of Council of Ministers Decision 87 dated 5 Safar 1442 [23 September 2020],

after perusal of the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers Memorandum 2403 dated 10 Sha’ban 1444 [3 March 2023],

after considering Shura Council Decision 203/28 dated 13 Ramadan 1444,

and after perusal of the General Committee of the Council of Ministers Recommendation 11160 dated 28 Shawwal 1444 [19 May 2023],

hereby decides

First

The Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia on Cooperation in the Field of Agriculture signed in the city of Riyadh on 7 Jumada Al-Thani 1444, corresponding to 31 December 2022, is hereby approved in the form attached.

A draft royal decree has been prepared in the form attached.
