Royal Decree D/28 Approving the Air Services Agreement between the Government of the Kingdom and Ghana

With the help of Allah the Almighty

We, Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud,

the King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,

based on article 70 of the Basic Law of Governance issued by Royal Order O/90 dated 27 Sha’ban 1412,

based on article 20 of the Law of the Council of Ministers issued by Royal Order O/13 dated 3 Rabi Al-Awwal 1414,

based on article 18 of the Law of the Shura Council issued by Royal Order O/91 dated 27 Sha’ban 1412,

after perusal of Shura Council Decision 351/49 dated 21 Dhu Al-Hijja 1443,

and after perusal of Council of Ministers Decision 107 dated 10 Safar 1444,

have decreed as follows

First

The Air Services Agreement between the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Government of the Republic of Ghana signed in the city of Riyadh on 8 Shawwal 1443, corresponding to 9 May 2022, is hereby approved in the form attached.

Second

His Royal Highness the Deputy Prime Minister, the ministers, and the heads of independent concerned authorities—each within their area of competence—shall implement this decree of Ours.

We, Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud,

the King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,

The Memorandum of Understanding on Technical Cooperation between the Human Rights Commission in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Independent Permanent Human Rights Commission of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation signed in Jeddah Governorate on 23 Shawwal 1443, corresponding to 24 May 2022, is hereby approved in the form attached.

Second

His Royal Highness the Deputy Prime Minister, the ministers, and the heads of independent concerned authorities—each within their area of competence—shall implement this decree of Ours.

The Council of Ministers,

after perusal of Royal Court File 71641 dated 17 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1443 [17 June 2022], which includes the Minister of Interior 147432 Telegram dated 1 Rajab 1441 [25 February 2020], regarding the draft Regulation for Reconciliation Committees in the Emirates of the Regions,

after perusal of the aforementioned draft regulation,

after perusal of Royal Order 63312 dated 6 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1440 [9 July 2019],

after perusal of Bureau of Experts of the Council of Ministers Memorandums 719 dated 7 Jumada Al-Awwal 1442 [22 December 2020], 37 dated 4 Muharram 1443 [13 August 2021], 1859 dated 17 Sha’ban 1443 [21 March 2022], and 95 dated 9 Muharram 1444 [7 August 2022],

after perusal of the Council of Political and Security Affairs Minutes MST/67-42/12 dated 5 Dhu Al-Hijja 1442 [15 July 2021],

after perusal of Shura Council Decisions 91/17 dated 17 Jumada Al-Awwal 1443 [22 December 2021], and 241/39 dated 14 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1443 [14 June 2022],

and after perusal of the General Committee of the Council of Ministers Recommendation 557 dated 17 Muharram 1444 [15 August 2022],

hereby decides

First

The Regulation for Reconciliation Committees in the Emirates of the Regions, in the form attached, is hereby approved.

Second

The Ministry of Interior shall review the outcome of implementing the regulation—referred to in clause First of this decision—within five years of the issuance of this decision, and report on that in accordance with the established procedures.
