Engineer Thamer bin Mohammed bin Qalit Al-Harbi is hereby appointed Assistant to the Minister of Interior for Technological Affairs with the excellent rank.

Major General Khalid bin Mohammed bin Ghalib Al-Dhuibi is promoted to the rank of lieutenant general and appointed Deputy Chief of the Royal Guard.

Second

The Cheif of the Royal Guard shall implement this order of Ours.
