after perusal of Royal Court File 71900 dated 10 Ramadan 1447 [27 February 2026], which includes Minister of Health, Chairman of the Saudi Health Council Letter 27 dated 6 Ramadan 1447 [23 February 2026], regarding the proposal of the council to designate a day for organ donation,
after perusal of Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers Memo 3973 dated 25 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1447 [12 May 2026],
after perusal of Council of Economic and Development Affairs Recommendation 15-4/48/I dated 26 Muharram 1448 [11 July 2026],
and after perusal of General Committee of the Council of Ministers Recommendation 1753 dated 15 Safar 1448 [29 July 2026],
hereby decides
12 May of each year is hereby approved as Organ Donation Day.
