Chairman of the Board of Directors of the King Abdulaziz Arabian Horse Center,

based on the powers granted to him by law,

Based on article 7(4) of the Regulation of the King Abdulaziz Arabian Horse Center, issued by Council of Ministers Decision 337 dated 20 Jumada Al-Thani 1442 [2 February 2021], which states: “Taking into account the provisions stipulated in the regulation, the center shall establish a schedule of violations that includes a classification of them and their corresponding penalties, taking into account the proportionality between the violation and the penalty, and the schedule must be issued by a decision of the minister,” and as required by the interests of work.

hereby decides

First

The Schedule of Violations and Penalties for the Regulation of King Abdulaziz Arabian Horse Center is hereby approved in the form attached to the decision.

Second

This decision comes into force on the date of its publication on the official gazette, and it must be communicated to those required to implement it and act by virtue of it, and it hereby repeals all previous decisions in conflict with it.

based on clause First of Ministerial Decision 332291 dated 18 Shawwal 1443 [19 May 2022] approving the Executive Regulation of the Waste Management Law,

after perusal of the System of the National Center for Waste Management issued by Council of Ministers Decision 457 dated 11 Sha’ban 1440 [16 April 2019],

and in view of the importance of establishing a mechanism that contributes to the exercise of the tasks entrusted to the center,

and in pursuance of the interest of work,

hereby decides

First

The 14 Standards and Technical Guidelines for the Waste Management Law and its executive regulation, which are shown in the attached statement, are hereby approved.

Second

This decision must be published in the official gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.

Third

This decision must be communicated to those who are required to implement it and act on it.

The amendments of the Executive Regulation for Environmental Inspection and Audit of the Environment Law are hereby approved in the form attached to this decision.

Second

This regulation hereby replaces the Executive Regulation for Environmental Inspection and Audit of the Environment Law issued by Ministerial Decision 393691/1/1442 dated 13 Rajab 1442 [25 February 2021].

Third

This decision comes into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette, and must be communicated to those concerned to implement and act upon it.

The amendment to the Executive Regulation of the Agriculture Law is hereby approved by adding the definition of “serious violation” to article 1 of the Executive Regulation of the Agriculture Law as follows:

Serious violation: Actions mentioned in article 28 of the law and actions relating to fraud and deception or those that result in serious harm to humans, animals, plants, public health, the environment, or the public utilities.

Second

This decision comes into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette, and must be communicated to those concerned to implement and act upon it.
