We, Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, the King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,

after perusal of the Basic Law of Governance issued by Royal Order O/90 dated 27 Sha’ban 1412,

after perusal of the Law of Ministers, Vice Ministers, and Employees of the Excellent Grade issued by Royal Decree D/10 dated 18 Rabi Al-Awwal 1391,

and after perusal of Royal Order O/14 dated 3 Rabi Al-Awwal 1414,

we hereby order the following

First: Dr Hisham bin Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Sheikh is hereby appointed Assistant President of the Human Rights Commission with the excellent grade.

Second: This order of Ours must be communicated to the competent entities for adoption and implementation.

after perusal of the Law of Ministers, Vice Ministers, and Employees of the Excellent Grade issued by Royal Decree D/10 dated 18 Rabi Al-Awwal 1391 [13 May 1971],

after perusal of Royal Order O/598 dated 13 Ramadan 1441 [6 May 2020],

Based on what was submitted by the Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority, His Excellency Dr Abdulrahman bin Obaid Al-Yubi committed crimes of abusing the power of the position for personal benefit, embezzlement from the funds of King Abdulaziz University, money laundering and forgery.

we hereby order the following

First

Dr Abdulrahman bin Obaid Al-Yubi, director of King Abdulaziz University, is hereby relieved from his position.

Second

The Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority shall complete the necessary legal procedures against him.

Third

This order of Ours must be communicated to the competent entities for adoption and implementation.

Second

The meetings of the Council of Ministers that we attend must be presided by Us.
