With the help of Allah the Almighty

We, Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud,

the King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,

after perusal of the Basic Law of Governance issued by Royal Order O/90 dated 27 Sha’ban 1412 [19 March 1993],

and after perusal of the Law of the Council of Ministers issued by Royal Order O/13 dated 3 Rabi Al-Awwal 1414 [21 August 1993],

we hereby order the following

First

His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, the Crown Prince, is hereby made the Prime Minister, in exception of article 56 of the Basic Law of Governance and the relevant provisions contained in the Law of the Council of Ministers.

Second

The meetings of the Council of Ministers that we attend must be presided by Us.

Third

This order of Ours must be communicated to the competent entities for adoption and implementation.

First: Mr Talal bin Abdullah bin Turki Al-Otaibi is hereby appointed Assistant Minister of Defense with the excellent grade.

Second: This order of Ours must be communicated to the competent entities for adoption and implementation.
