based on the Law of Civil Associations and Institutions issued by Royal Decree D/8 of 19 Safar 1437 [2 December 2015],
and based on the system of the centre issued by Council of Ministers Decision 618 of 20 Shawwal 1442 [1 June 2021],

First
The amendment to The Governance Rules for Family Funds is hereby approved in the form attached.
Second
The rules must be published in the official gazette, and come into force after 180 days from the date of their publication.

The Controls on the Electronic Evidence Procedures are hereby approved in the form attached.
Second
The Rules for Governing Expert Affairs before the Courts are hereby approved in the form attached.
Third
The Procedural Guides as well as the decisions necessary for the implementation of the Evidence Law are hereby approved in the form attached.
Fourth
The aforementioned controls, rules, and procedural guides must be published in the official gazette, and come into force from the date the law enters into force.
Fifth
This decision must be communicated to those who are required to adopt and implement it.

Second
New paragraphs in “First: Conditions for the Work Team” of the “Work Team” in section Eight “Specifications” of the Model Conditions and Specifications Booklet Form “Consulting Services”, are hereby inserted in accordance with the form attached to this decision.
Third
This decision must be communicated to those required to implement it and act on it, starting from the date of its publication on the official gazette.
