The Board of Directors of the King Abdulaziz Arabian Horse Center reviewed the Council of Ministers Decision 153 issued on 17 Rabi Al-Awwal 1439 [5 December 2017], approving the statute of the center, and the provisions of article 5(5) of the same regulation, which stipulates that the board of directors of the center approves the administrative and financial regulations that the center follows, and other internal and technical regulations and procedures necessary for the conduct of its affairs and business, including those necessary for the registration, import, and export of Arabian horses, their stables, auctions, and related equestrian sports, and also necessary for the sale of Arabian horses belonging to it, and the disposal of surplus ones,
the board also reviewed the proposed Governance Regulation for the Disposal of Horses Owned by the King Abdulaziz Arabian Horse Center, submitted by the executive management.
The proposed Governance Regulation for the Disposal of Horses Owned by the King Abdulaziz Arabian Horse Center is hereby approved in accordance with the proposed form.

The Governor of the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority,
based on the powers entrusted to him by law, and in pursuance of the interest of work,
after perusal of the National Rules of Origin issued by Ministerial Decision 3852 dated 22 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1442 [2 July 2021], and based on article 29 of it, which stipulates that “the rules and conditions for verifying proof of origin must be issued by a decision by the Governor of the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority”,
and after perusal of Administrative Decision 24841 dated 23 Dhu Al-Hijja 1442 [2 August 2021] Approving the Rules and Conditions for Verifying Proof of Origin,
The rules and conditions for verifying proof of origin are hereby amended by adding paragraph 13, which stipulates:
It is permitted to submit the certificate of origin, the Saudization certificate, and the supporting invoices instead of any of the requirements set out in these rules and conditions, and that is by agreement between the competent authorities, provided that the competent entity in the country of origin retains all the supporting documents outlined above in accordance with the legal periods set out in the national rules of origin.
This decision must be communicated to those required to implement it, and comes into force on the date of its publication on the official gazette.

The Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Chairman of the National Council for Occupational Safety and Health,
based on the powers entrusted to him by law,
after perusal of the provisions of articles 3 and 12 of the Statute of the National Council for Occupational Safety and Health issued by Council of Ministers Decision 379 dated 7 Rajab 1443 [8 February 2022], and based on the second paragraph of the Governance Framework for Occupational Safety and Health Adoption Decision 144116 dated 15 Ramadan 1444 [6 April 2023],
and after perusal and approval of the council on the Regulation of Occupational Fitness and Non-Communicable Diseases Examinations in the minutes of the 13th meeting of the council, which was held on 27 Dhu Al-Hijja 1446, corresponding to 23 June 2025,
The Regulation of Occupational Fitness and Non-Communicable Diseases Examinations is hereby adopted, in accordance with the form attached to this decision.
This regulation repeals all provisions that conflict with it.
This decision must be published on the website of the ministry and the council, and comes into force 180 days after the date of its publication in the official gazette.
The secretary-general of the council shall take the necessary measures to implement it.

The Board of the Capital Market Authority,
based on the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree D/30 dated 2 Jumada Al-Thani 1424 [31 July 2003],
(a) The amended Rules on the Offer of Securities and Continuing Obligations, the amended Rules Governing Special Purpose Vehicles, and the amended Glossary of Defined Terms Used in the Regulations and Rules of the Capital Market Authority are hereby approved in accordance with the attached form, and they come into force from the date of their publication.
(b) The Capital Market Institutions Regulation, issued by Board Decision 1-83-2005 dated 21 Jumada Al-Awwal 1426, corresponding to 28 June 2005, as amended by Board Decision 2-57-2025 dated 28 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1446, corresponding to 26 May 2025, is hereby amended as follows:
Article 19(b) of the regulation is amended by adding the following text:
8․ The information technology officer of a capital market institution licensed to practice arranging activities in the context of its practice of securities crowdfunding activities.
It enters into force from the date of its publication.
Article 69(d) of the regulation is hereby amended to read as follows:
(d) As an exception to the provisions of paragraph (c) of this article, a capital market institution licensed to practice arranging activities may, in accordance with the provisions of this part, hold client funds that it receives in the context of conducting securities crowdfunding activities, provided that it meets the following additional requirements:
1․ The client funds held must not exceed 80,000,000 Saudi Riyal.
2․ The retained funds of a retail client must not exceed 100,000 Saudi Riyal.
It enters into force from the date of its publication.
(c) The content of paragraphs (a) and (b) of this decision must be announced on the websites of the authority and the Saudi Tadawul Company.
