The Board of Directors of the Authority of People with Disability,
based on the powers entrusted to it by law,
based on article 28 of the Law of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, issued by Royal Decree D/27 dated 11 Safar 1445 [28 August 2023], which stipulates that the board of directors shall issue the working rules of the committee for the review of violations of the provisions of the law.
hereby decides
First
The Working Rules for the Committee for Reviewing Violations of the Law on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities is hereby approved in the form attached.
Second
The rules must be published in the official gazette, and come into force on the date of publication.
