The Board of Directors of the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers,
based on the powers entrusted to it,
after perusal of article 28 of the Law of Accredited Valuers, which states: “The board shall exercise the powers necessary for the conduct of the affairs of the authority and the achievement of its objectives stipulated in this law. In particular, it has the following: 2. Reviewing, developing, and approving valuation standards, code of conduct, and the programme for monitoring the quality of professional performance.”
and after perusal of the Code of Conduct and Ethics of the Valuation Profession issued by board decision 7/39/B/23 dated 11 Ramadan 1444,
First: The Code of Conduct and Ethics of the Valuation Profession is hereby approved in accordance with the form attached.
Second: The code must be published in the official gazette, and comes into force after the lapse of 30 days from the date of its publication.

The Minister of Justice,
Based on the powers entrusted to him by law,
based on article 240 of the Sharia Proceedings Law issued by Royal Decree D/1 dated 22 Muharram 1435, after perusal of part 11 of the Executive Regulations of the Sharia Proceedings Law “Methods of Objecting to Judgments”,
the Executive Regulation of the Appellate Procedures issued by Ministerial Decision 5134 dated 21 Ramadan 1440,
the studies and reports prepared regarding the regulation,
and after coordination with the Supreme Judicial Council,
and in pursuance of the interest of work,
First: The Executive Regulation of the Methods of Objecting to Judgements is hereby approved in the form attached.
Second: This decision must be communicated to those who are required to adopt and implement it.

based on article 70 of the Basic Law of Governance issued by Royal Order O/90 dated 27 Sha’ban 1412,
based on article 20 of the Law of the Council of Ministers issued by Royal Order O/13 dated 3 Rabi Al-Awwal 1414,
based on article 18 of the Law of the Shura Council issued by Royal Order O/91 dated 27 Sha’ban 1412,
after perusal of Shura Council Decision 305/45 dated 28 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1443 and Decision 152/21 dated 29 Rajab 1444,
and after perusal of Council of Ministers Decision 881 dated 23 Dhu Al-Hijja 1444,
First: The Real Estate Contributions Law is hereby approved in the form attached.
Second: His Royal Highness the Prime Minister, the ministers, and the heads of independent concerned authorities—each within their area of competence—shall implement this decree of Ours.
