The Council of Ministers,
after perusal of its session held under the chairmanship of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Royal Court File 70989 dated 16 Shawwal 1444 [7 May 2023], which includes the Minister of Education Telegram 4401093633 dated 14 Shawwal 1444 [5 May 2023], regarding the academic calendar for the year 1445 (2023/2024) and the rules governing it,
after perusal of Council of Ministers Decision 546 dated 6 Shawwal 1443 [8 May 2022],
after perusal of the Council of Economic and Development Affairs Minutes 1469/44/M dated 1 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1444 [21 May 2023],
after perusal of Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers Memorandum 3286 dated 5 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1444 [25 May 2023],
after perusal of the General Committee of the Council of Ministers Recommendation 11458 dated 8 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1444 [28 May 2023],
The Academic Calendar for the Year 1445 (2023/2024) is hereby approved in accordance with the two accompanying annexes.
The Rules Governing the Academic Calendar are hereby approved in the form attached.

The Minister of Tourism,
based on the powers entrusted to him by law,
and perusal of the Tourism Law issued by Royal Decree D/18 of 26 Muharram 1444 [24 August 2022],
based on article 20 of the regulation of the committee for the consideration of violations of the Tourism Law and its regulations, issued by Ministerial Decision 2297 dated 19 Jumada Al-Awwal 1444 [13 December 2022], which stipulates that “the committee shall apply the rules and procedures for rehabilitation and payment of compensation for damage resulting from the violation, approved by the m minister or his authorized representative.”,
and in pursuance of public interest,
The Rules Governing Rehabilitation, Payment of Compensation for Damage, and Refund of Amounts to Their Owners are hereby approved in accordance with the Tourism Law and its regulations, in accordance with the form attached to this decision.
The committee for the consideration of violations of the Tourism Law and its regulations shall—in accordance with its competences—apply these rules when considering the obligation of the violator to rehabilitate and remove the violation or its impact, pay compensation for damage, or return the amounts obtained by the violator to the victim, in accordance with the provisions of the law and its regulations, taking into account the relevant laws, regulations, and decisions.
The rules must be published in the official gazette, and come into force from the date of their publication.
This decision must be communicated to those who are required to implement it and act on it.
