Based on Article 9 of the System of the Authority issued by Council of Ministers Decision 216 dated 17 Jumada Al-Thani 1431 [31 May 2010], which stipulates:
The board is the competent authority to manage the affairs of the authority and to conduct its business, and shall take all the necessary decisions to achieve its purposes within the limits of the provisions of this system. In particular, it may adopt the standard specifications in their final form and the methods of their application.
after perusal of the System of the Authority issued by Council of Ministers Decision 216 dated 17 Jumada Al-Thani 1431 [31 May 2010], and its subsequent amendments.
after perusal of the Board of Directors of the Authority decision 05/196/2023 at its meeting 196 dated 15 Jumada Al-Thani 1445 [28 December 2023], which includes “Approving the Technical Regulations.”
and based on Executive Decision 132 dated 25 Rajab 1445 [5 February 2024] regarding the approval of the “Technical Regulation of the General Requirements of Machinery Safety” in accordance with Document MM 196-23-04-02-01.

Royal Court File 49155 dated 4 Rajab 1445 [15 January 2024], which includes the National Development Fund Telegrams 4301508 dated 25 Jumada Al-Awwal 1443 [30 December 2021], and 4302407 dated 4 Sha’ban 1443, regarding the Law of National Infrastructure Fund Project,
after perusal of the aforementioned draft law,
after perusal of the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers Minutes 190 dated 16 Jumada Al-Thani 1444 [9 January 2023] and 11 dated 14 Muharram 1445 [1 August 2023], and Memorandums 1570 dated 15 Rajab 1443 [17 February 2022], and 1836 dated 22 Jumada Al-Awwal 1445 [5 December 2023],
after perusal of Council of Economic and Development Affairs Recommendation 3-3/45/R dated 29 Safar 1445 [15 September 2023],
after considering Shura Council Decision 225/32 dated 26 Shawwal 1444 [17 May 2023] and Decision 135/16 dated 3 Rajab 1445 [14 January 2024],
and after perusal of the General Committee of the Council of Ministers Recommendation 7851 dated 22 Rajab 1445 [2 February 2024],
hereby decides
First
The Law of the National Infrastructure Fund is hereby approved in the form attached.
A draft royal decree has been prepared in the form attached.
Second
The capital of the National Infrastructure Fund and the mechanism for its financing must be determined by a decision of the Board of Directors of the National Development Fund.

The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Agriculture,
based on the powers entrusted to him by law,
after perusal of the Agriculture Law issued by Royal Decree D/64 dated 10 Sha’ban 1442 [24 March 2021], its executive regulation issued by Ministerial Decision 14967/1/1444 dated 15 Muharram 1444 [13 August 2022], and based on the Minister approval dated 11 Rabi Al-Awwal 1444 [7 October 2022], regarding the General Directorate of Legal Affairs Letter 26555/2384/1444 dated 9 Rabi Al-Awwal 1444 [5 October 2022], authorizing the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Agriculture with the authority to issue technical manuals relating to the Executive Regulation of the Agriculture Law, issue their conditions and controls, and amend them, and in pursuance of the interest of work,
hereby decides

The Manual of Slaughterhouses and Meat Inspection and Transport is hereby approved in the form attached.
Second
This decision comes into force on the date of its publication, it must be communicated to those who are required to adopt and implement it, and it repeals all previous decisions in conflict with it.
