based on the powers entrusted to him by law,
after perusal of the Agriculture Law, issued by Royal Decree D/64 dated 10 Sha’ban 1442 [5 April 2021], and its executive regulation issued by Ministerial Decision 14967/1/1444 dated 15 Muharram 1444 [13 August 2022], and based on the approval of the minister in an explanation dated 11 Rabi Al-Awwal 1444 [7 October 2022], General Directorate of Legal Affairs Letter 26555/2384/1444 dated 9 Rabi Al-Awwal 1444 [5 October 2022], authorizing the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Agriculture with the authority to issue technical manuals related to the Executive Regulation of the Agriculture Law, issue its conditions and controls, and its amendments, and in pursuance of the interest of work,
hereby decides
First
The General Controls for Establishing Temporary Camel Auctions Outside Public Interest Markets is hereby adopted in the form attached.
Second
This decision comes into force on the date of its publication, it must be communicated to those who are required to adopt and enforce it, and it repeals all previous decisions in conflict with it.

We, Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud,
King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
based on article 70 of the Basic Law of Governance issued by Royal Order O/90 dated 27 Sha’ban 1412 [1 March 1992],
based on article 20 of the Law of the Council of Ministers issued by Royal Order O/13 dated 3 Rabi Al-Awwal 1414 [20 August 1993],
based on article 18 of the Law of the Shura Council issued by Royal Order O/91 dated 27 Sha’ban 1412 [1 March 1992],
after perusal of Shura Council Decision 137/16 dated 3 Rajab 1445 [15 January 2024],
and after perusal of Council of Ministers Decision 580 dated 18 Rajab 1445 [30 January 2024],
have decreed as follows
First
The repeal of the provisions related to investigation and trial provided in the Law on the Trial of Ministers issued by Royal Decree 88 dated 22 Ramadan 1380 [10 March 1961] is hereby approved. This must apply after the royal order approving the “Draft Law on Criminal Procedures for the Trial of Members of the Council of Ministers” is issued and comes into force.
Second
The repeal of the provisions relating to crimes, punishments, and other relevant provisions provided in the Law on the Trial of Ministers is hereby approved. This must apply after the Penal Law is issued and comes into force.
Third
His Royal Highness the Prime Minister, the ministers, and the heads of independent concerned entities—each within their area of competence—shall implement this decree of Ours.

We, Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, the King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,

Second: His Royal Highness the Prime Minister, the ministers, and the heads of independent concerned authorities—each within their area of competence—shall implement this decree of Ours.
