The Board of Directors of the Transport General Authority,
based on the powers entrusted to it by law,
after perusal of the Railway Transport Law issued by Royal Decree D/33 dated 24 Jumada Al-Awwal 1433 and its amendment,
after perusal of the System of the Transport General Authority issued by Council of Ministers Decision 323 dated 14 Ramadan 1434 and its amendments,
after perusal of the recommendation of the executive committee 5/4/E/2022/3 dated 24 Muharram 1444,
and after deliberation, the board hereby decides:
The fees of licences for operating loading facilities for railways are hereby set to 100,000 Riyal per year or per part of a year.

We, Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, the King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
based on article 70 of the Basic Law of Governance issued by Royal Order O/90 dated 27 Sha’ban 1412,
based on article 20 of the Law of the Council of Ministers issued by Royal Order O/13 dated 3 Rabi Al-Awwal 1414,
based on article 18 of the Law of the Shura Council issued by Royal Order O/91 dated 27 Sha’ban 1412,
after perusal of Shura Council Decision 299/45 dated 28 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1443,
and after perusal of Council of Ministers Decision 128 dated 17 Safar 1444,
have decreed as follows
First: The phrase “The supervisory authority shall inform the General Department of Financial Investigation of the action or penalty it takes” is hereby added to the end of article 83 of the Law of Combatting Terrorism Crimes and Their Financing issued by Royal Decree D/21 dated 12 Safar 1439.
Second: His Royal Highness the First Deputy Prime Minister, the ministers, and the heads of independent concerned authorities—each within their area of competence—shall implement this decree of Ours.

after perusal of Royal Court File 75191 dated 30 Dhu AL-Qa’dah 1443 [29 June 2022], which includes the President of State Security Telegram 127042 dated 14 Rajab 1443 [15 February 2022] regarding the request to amend article 83 of the Law on Combating Terrorism Crimes and Their Financing,
after perusal of the Law on Combating Terrorism Crimes and Their Financing issued by Royal Decree D/21 dated 12 Safar 1439 [2 November 2017],
after perusal of the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers Memorandum 2317 dated 16 Shawwal 1443 [17 May 2022],
after perusal of Council of Economic and Development Affairs Recommendation 15-49/43/I dated 13 Dhu Al-Qa’da 1443 [12 June 2022],
after considering Shura Council Decision 299/45 dated 28 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1443 [27 June 2022].
and after perusal of General Committee of the Council of Ministers Recommendation 11428 dated 27 Dhu Al-Hijja 1443 [27 July 2022],
hereby decides
First
The phrase “The supervisory entity shall inform the General Directorate of Financial Investigation of the action or penalty it takes” is hereby added to the end of article 83 of the Law on Combatting Terrorism Crimes and Their Financing issued by Royal Decree D/21 dated 12 Safar 1439 [1 November 2017].
A draft royal decree has been prepared in the form attached.

The Minister of Environment, Water, and Agriculture,
based on the powers entrusted to him by law,
and based on article 25(2) of the Agriculture Law issued by Royal Decree D/64 dated 10 Sha’ban 1442, stipulating the adoption of the Agriculture Law, and in pursuance of public interest,
hereby decides
First: The attached Schedules of Classifying Violations and Determining the Punishments of the Agriculture Law and its executive regulation are hereby adopted.
Second: This decision comes into force on the date of its publication in the official gazette, it must be communicated to those who are required to implement it and act by virtue of it, and it repeals all previous decisions in conflict with it.
