Having reviewed the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers Letter 11988 dated 15 Sha’ban 1444 [8 March 2023], to which is attached the file containing the Chairman of the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers Letter 6342 dated 8 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1443 [8 June 2022], to which is attached the authority Memorandum 2507 dated 8 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1443 [8 June 2022] and the aforementioned draft system of the center, prepared in this regard, which also includes the authority Memorandum 2206 dated 18 Rajab 1444 [9 February 2023], in this regard. The Secretariat General has clarified that the Council of Ministers was briefed on this subject on 15 Sha’ban 1444 [8 March 2023], and its views in this regard.

We hereby inform you of our approval of the following

First

The System of the Sarah Al-Sudairi Center for Women’s Studies is hereby approved in the form attached.

Second

The supervisory committee of the center shall exercise its powers in determining the financial remuneration for the works and services provided by the center, mentioned in paragraph 7 of article 6 of the system of the center, in agreement with the Ministry of Finance and the Non-Oil Revenue Development Center, until the issuance and implementation of the Draft Regulation on the Practice of Public Authorities and Institutions and the Like Imposing the Financial Remuneration for the Services and Works They Provide. The necessary actions must be taken accordingly.
