We, Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud,

the King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,

after perusal of the Basic Law of Governance issued by Royal Order O/90 dated 27 Sha’ban 1412 [19 March 1993],

after perusal of the Law of Ministers, Vice Ministers, and Employees of the Excellent Grade issued by Royal Decree D/10 dated 18 Rabi Al-Awwal 1391 [13 May 1971],

after perusal of the System of the Human Rights Commission issued by Council of Ministers Decision 207 dated 8 Sha’ban 1426 [12 September 2005],

and after perusal of Royal Order O/14 dated 3 Rabi Al-Awwal 1414 [21 August 1993],

we hereby order the following:

First

Mr Zuhair bin Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Zoman is hereby appointed Assistant to the President of the Human Rights Commission with the excellent grade.

Second

This order of Ours must be communicated to the competent entities for adoption and implementation.

Second: His Excellency Mr Ayman bin Mohammed bin Saud Al-Sayari is hereby appointed Governor of the Saudi Central Bank with the rank of minister.
