With the help of Allah the Almighty,

We, Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud,

the King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,

and Supreme Commander of All Military Forces,

after perusal of the Law of the Service of Officers issued by Royal Decree D/43 dated 28 Sha’ban 1393 [26 September 1973],

and after perusal of Royal Order O/43 dated 1 Safar 1441 [30 September 2019],

and based on the matters presented to Us by the Minister of Interior,

We hereby order the following

First

Major General Sulaiman bin Abdulaziz bin Ibrahim Al-Maiman is hereby promoted to the rank of lieutenant general.

Second

The Minister of Interior shall implement this order of Ours.

after perusal of the Statute of the National Development Fund issued by Council of Ministers Decision 132 dated 3 Rabi Al-Awwal 1439 [21 November 2017],

and after perusal of Royal Order O/14 dated 3 Rabi Al-Awwal 1414 [20 August 1993],

We hereby order the following

First

Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Arifi is hereby appointed Governor of the National Development Fund with the excellent rank.

Prince Dr Saad bin Saud bin Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud bin Faisal Al-Saud is hereby appointed a member of the Shura Council, whose formation is issued by Royal Order O/84 dated 29 Safar 1446 [23 August 2024].

The Chairman of the Shura Council shall implement this order of Ours.
