The Minister of Interior, based on the powers entrusted to him by law,
after perusal of the Weapons and Ammunition Law issued by Royal Decree D/45 dated 25 Rajab 1426 amended by Royal Decree D/17 dated 1 Rabi Al-Thani 1437, and its executive regulation numbered 23 and dated 19 Muharram 1428 issued approving the Executive Regulation of the Weapons and Ammunition Law, and in pursuance of public interest
hereby decides
First: Some articles of the Executive Regulation of the Weapons and Ammunition Law are hereby amended in the form attached to the decision.
Second: This decision must be published in the official gazette.
Third: The concerned entities shall adopt it and act by virtue of it from this date.
