The Minister of Finance,
Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority,
based on the powers entrusted to him by law,
based on the Unified Customs Law issued by Royal Decree D/41 dated 3 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1423,
after perusal of the (former) Saudi Customs Law issued by Royal Decree 425 dated 5 Rabi Al-Awwal 1372,
and after perusal of the submission of His Excellency the Governor of the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority in Memorandum 26362 dated 16 Jumada Al-Thani 1444,
and in pursuance of public interest,
hereby decides
First: The application of Ministerial Decision L/7524-4-11086 dated 12 Jumada Al-Thani 1395 is hereby cancelled, which contains the Law Repealing the Banderol Stamps Exchange and Sufficing with the Value of These Stamps in Cash on the Import Statement.
Second: This decision must be communicated to those who are required to implement it, as of 22 Rajab 1444.

The Minister of Energy,
based on the powers entrusted to him by law,
after perusal of article 2 of the Gas Supply and Pricing Law issued by Royal Decree D/36 of 25 Jumada Al-Thani 1424 [23 August 2003], and article 3 of the executive regulation of the law,
hereby decides
First
The Saline Water Conversion Corporation is hereby licensed to build, own, and operate a dry gas pipeline in accordance with annex 1 to this decision, provided that the corporation complies with the terms and conditions of the licence set out in annex 2.
Second
The duration of the licence is 25 (twenty-five) Hijri years from the date of publication of this decision.
Third
This decision comes into force on the date of its publication, and it repeals all decisions in conflict with it.
Fourth
This decision must be communicated to those who are required to implement it and act on it.
Fifth
This decision must be published in the official gazette.
