The Council of Ministers,
after perusal of its session held under the chairmanship of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Royal Court File 19299 dated 16 Rabi Al-Awwal 1444 [12 October 2022], which includes the Minister of Commerce, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Accreditation Center Telegram 9337 dated 10 Rabi Al-Awwal 1444 [6 October 2022], attached to which is the organizational structure of the center, and his request to complete the legal procedures for its approval,
after perusal of the System of the Saudi Accreditation Center issued by Council of Ministers Decision 600 dated 22 Shawwal 1440 [26 June 2019],
after perusal of the Council of Economic and Development Affairs Recommendation 19-14/44/I dated 9 Rabi Al-Thani 1444 [4 November 2022],
after perusal of Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers Memorandum 1809 dated 12 Jumada Al-Thani 1444 [5 January 2023],
and after perusal of the General Committee of the Council of Ministers Recommendation 6420 dated 19 Jumada Al-Thani 1444 [12 January 2023],
hereby decides
Article 7(4) of the System of the Saudi Accreditation Center issued by Council of Ministers Decision 600 dated 22 Shawwal 1440 [26 June 2019] is hereby amended to read as follows: “Approving the organizational structure and guide of the center.”
