after perusal of the aforementioned draft law,
after perusal of the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers Minutes 135 dated 15 Rabi Al-Awwal 1442 [1 November 2020], 356 dated 5 Sha’ban 1443 [9 March 2022], and 85 dated 8 Rabi Al-Awwal 1444 [4 October 2022], and Memorandums 1366 dated 16 Sha’ban 1442 [30 March 2021], 756 dated 2 Rabi Al-Thani 1443 [8 November 2021], 1625 dated 27 Jumada Al-Awwal 1444 [21 December 2022], and 2559 dated 23 Sha’ban 1444 [16 March 2023],
after considering Shura Council Decisions 305/45 dated 28 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1443 [28 June 2022] and 152/21 dated 29 Rajab 1444 [20 February 2023],
after perusal of Council of Economic and Development Affairs Recommendation 1-44/10/R dated 21 Shawwal 1444 [12 May 2023],
