The Board of Directors of the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers,

based on the powers entrusted to it by law,

After perusal of article 28 of the Law of Accredited Valuers, which states: “The council shall exercise the powers necessary for the conduct of the affairs of the authority and the achievement of its objectives stipulated in this law. In particular, it shall have the following: 2. Reviewing, developing and approving evaluation standards, codes of conduct, and quality control programme for monitoring the professional performance ”

after perusal of the Professional Performance Quality Control Programme approved by Council Decision 6/39/B/23 dated 11 Ramadan 1444 [2 April 2023],

hereby decides

First

The Professional Performance Quality Control Programme is hereby approved in the form attached

Second

The programme—approved in clause First of this decision—hereby replaces the Professional Performance Quality Control Programme approved by Council Decision 6/39/B/23 dated 11 Ramadan 1444 [2 April 2023], and comes into force from its date. It must be communicated to those necessary for its implementation.

Ministry of Justice: Decision 512 Approving the Executive Regulation of the Methods of Objecting to Judgments

The Minister of Justice,

Based on the powers entrusted to him by law,

based on article 240 of the Sharia Proceedings Law issued by Royal Decree D/1 dated 22 Muharram 1435, after perusal of part 11 of the Executive Regulations of the Sharia Proceedings Law “Methods of Objecting to Judgments”,

the Executive Regulation of the Appellate Procedures issued by Ministerial Decision 5134 dated 21 Ramadan 1440,

the studies and reports prepared regarding the regulation,

and after coordination with the Supreme Judicial Council,

and in pursuance of the interest of work,

hereby decides

First: The Executive Regulation of the Methods of Objecting to Judgements is hereby approved in the form attached.

Second: This decision must be communicated to those who are required to adopt and implement it.

May Allah provide success.

We, Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, the King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,

based on article 70 of the Basic Law of Governance issued by Royal Order O/90 dated 27 Sha’ban 1412,

based on article 20 of the Law of the Council of Ministers issued by Royal Order O/13 dated 3 Rabi Al-Awwal 1414,

based on article 18 of the Law of the Shura Council issued by Royal Order O/91 dated 27 Sha’ban 1412,

after perusal of Shura Council Decision 305/45 dated 28 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1443 and Decision 152/21 dated 29 Rajab 1444,

and after perusal of Council of Ministers Decision 881 dated 23 Dhu Al-Hijja 1444,

have decreed as follows

First: The Real Estate Contributions Law is hereby approved in the form attached.

Second: His Royal Highness the Prime Minister, the ministers, and the heads of independent concerned authorities—each within their area of competence—shall implement this decree of Ours.

First: The Memorandum of Understanding in the Field of Risk and Disaster Mitigation before Its Occurrence in the Arab World between the National Center of Meteorology in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Arab Red Crescent and Red Cross Organization signed in the city of Riyadh on 15 Jumada Al-Thani 1444, corresponding to 8 January 2023, is hereby approved in the form attached.

Second: His Royal Highness the Prime Minister, the ministers, and the heads of independent concerned authorities—each within their area of competence—shall implement this decree of Ours.

First: The Memorandum of Understanding for Cooperation in the Field of Tourism between the Ministry of Tourism of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Commerce and Tourism of the Republic of Djibouti signed in the city of Riyadh on 4 Jumada Al-Awwal 1444, corresponding to 28 November 2022, is hereby approved in the form attached.
