We, Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud,
the King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
after perusal of the Basic Law of Governance issued by Royal Order O/90 dated 27 Sha’ban 1412 [1 March 1992],
after perusal of the Law of the Council of Ministers issued by Royal Order O/13 dated 3 Rabi Al-Awwal 1414 [21 August 1993],
after perusal of the Law of Ministers, Vice Ministers, and Employees of the Excellent Rank issued by Royal Decree D/10 dated 18 Rabi Al-Awwal 1391 [14 May 1971],
after perusal of the Statute of the General Authority for Military Industries issued by Council of Ministers Decision 210 dated 25 Rabi Al-Thani 1440 [1 January 2019],
after perusal of Royal Order O/278 dated 15 Rajab 1444 [6 February 2023],
and after perusal of Royal Order O/20 dated 26 Muharram 1448 [11 July 2026],
We hereby order the following
First
Engineer Ahmed bin Abdulaziz bin Al-Mohammed Al-Ohali, Governor of the General Authority for Military Industries, is hereby relieved from his position.
Second
Mr Bandar bin Ibrahim bin Abdullah Al-Khorayef, Minister of State and Member of the Council of Ministers, is hereby assigned to perform the duties of Governor of the General Authority for Military Industries in addition to his duties.
Third
This order of Ours must be communicated to the competent entities for adoption and implementation.
