The Board of the Capital Market Authority,
based on the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree D/30 dated 2 Jumada Al-Thani 1424 [31 July 2003],
hereby decides
(a） The Controls on the Ownership of Real Estate by Listed Companies, Investment Funds, and Special Purpose Vehicles in the Kingdom are hereby adopted in the form attached, and it comes into force from the date of entry into force of the Law of Real Estate Ownership by Non-Saudis issued by Royal Decree D/14 dated 19 Muharram 1447 [14 July 2025].
(b） The Controls on the Ownership of Real Estate by Listed Companies, Investment Funds, and Special Purpose Vehicles in the Kingdom adopted under paragraph (a) of this decision hereby replace the controls regarding the exclusion of companies listed on the Saudi Capital Market from the meaning of the phrase “non-Saudi” in accordance with the Law of Real Estate Ownership and Investment by Non-Saudis issued by board of the authority Decision 3-14-2025 dated 22 Rajab 1446, corresponding to 22 January 2025].
(c） The content of paragraphs (a) and (b) of this decision must be announced on the websites of the authority and the Saudi Tadawul Company.
