after perusal of its session held under the chairmanship of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud Royal Court File 17349 dated 9 Rabi Al-Awwal 1444, which includes Minister of Tourism Letter 7140 dated 14 Dhu Al Qa’dah 1443, regarding the draft Memorandum of Understanding in the Field of Tourism between the Ministry of Tourism in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Tourism in the Federative Republic of Brazil,
after perusal of the aforementioned draft memorandum,
after perusal of Council of Ministers Decision 260 dated 3 Jumada Al-Awwal 1443,
after perusal of Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers Memorandum 2849 dated 22 Dhu Al-Hijja 1443,
after considering Shura Council Decision 390/52 dated 25 Safar 1444,
and after perusal of the General Committee of the Council of Ministers Recommendation 3113 dated 24 Sha’ban 1444,
hereby decides

The Memorandum of Understanding in the Field of Tourism between the Ministry of Tourism in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Tourism in the Federative Republic of Brazil signed in Jeddah Governorate on 9 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1443, corresponding to 8 June 2022, is hereby approved in the form attached.
A draft royal decree has been prepared in the form attached.
