Royal Decree D/37 Approving the Memorandum of Understanding on political consultations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam

With the help of Allah the Almighty

We, Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud,

the King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,

based on article 70 of the Basic Law of Governance issued by Royal Order O/90 dated 27 Sha’ban 1412 [1 March 1992],

based on article 20 of the Law of the Council of Ministers issued by Royal Order O/13 dated 3 Rabi Al-Awwal 1414 [20 August 1993],

based on article 18 of the Law of the Shura Council issued by Royal Order O/91 dated 27 Sha’ban 1412 [1 March 1992],

after perusal of Shura Council Decision 26/6 dated 21 Rabi Al-Awwal 1443 [27 October 2021],

and after perusal of Council of Ministers Decision 243 dated 25 Rabi Al-Thani 1443 [30 November 2021],

have decreed as follows

First

The Memorandum of Understanding on Political Consultations Between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam signed on 25 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1442, corresponding to 5 July 2021, is hereby approved in the form attached.

Second

His Royal Highness the Deputy Prime Minister, the ministers, and the heads of independent concerned agencies—each within their area of mandate—shall implement this decree of Ours.

after perusal of Royal Court File 19023 dated 25 Rabi Al-Awwal 1443 [31 October 2021], which includes the Minister of Foreign Affairs Telegram 258226-42-001 dated 19 Dhu Al-Hijja 1442 [29 July 2021], regarding the draft Headquarters Agreement Between the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the International Air Transport Association (IATA) Regarding the Organisation of the Office of the Association,

after perusal of the mentioned draft agreement,

after perusal of Council of Ministers Decision 118 dated 19 Safar 1442 [6 October 2020],

after perusal of Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers Memo 233 dated 24 Muharram 1443 [1 September 2021],

after considering Shura Council Decision 17/4 dated 19 Rabi Al-Awwal 1443 [25 October 2021],

and after perusal of the General Committee of the Council of Ministers Recommendation 3004 dated 10 Rabi Al-Thani 1443 [15 November 2021],

hereby decides

Headquarters Agreement Between the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the International Air Transport Association (IATA) Regarding the Organisation of the Office of the Association signed in the city of Riyadh on 25 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1442, corresponding to 5 July 2021, is hereby approved in the form attached.

A draft royal decree has been prepared in the form attached.
