The Council of Ministers,
after perusal of Royal Court File 15150 dated 8 Rabi Al-Awwal 1443 [14 October 2021], which includes the Minister of Foreign Affairs Telegram 224152-42-001 dated 5 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1442 [15 June 2021], regarding the draft General Cooperation Agreement Between the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Government of the Republic of Rwanda,
after perusal of the mentioned draft agreement,
after perusal of Royal Order 66286 dated 21 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1440 [24 July 2019],
after perusal of Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers Memo 2256 dated 16 Dhu Al-Hijja 1442 [26 July 2021],
after considering Shura Council Decision 9/2 dated 6 Rabi Al-Awwal 1443 [12 October 2021],
and after perusal of General Committee of the Council of Ministers Recommendation 2777 dated 25 Rabi Al-Awwal 1443 [9 November 2021],
hereby decides
The General Agreement on Cooperation Between the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Government of the Republic of Rwanda signed in the city of Kigali on 27 Shawwal 1442, corresponding to 8 June 2021, is hereby approved in the form attached.
A draft royal decree has been prepared in the form attached.
