after perusal of its session held under the chairmanship of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Royal Court File 6030 dated 3 Safar 1442 [21 September 2020], which includes the Minister of Interior Telegram 189137 dated 19 Ramadan 1441 [12 May 2020], regarding the request to approve the application of the administrative regulation of the governorates of (Jeddah, Taif, and Al-Ahsa) to the governorates of (Qatif, Khamis Mushait, Khobar, Jubail, Hafr Al-Batin, Kharj, and Yanbu).
after perusal of Council of Ministers Decision 187 dated 9 Jumada Al-Awwal 1435 [11 March 2014],
after perusal of the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers Memorandums 1034 dated 22 Dhu Al-Hijja 1441 [13 July 2020], 617 dated 16 Rabi Al-Thani 1442 [2 December 2020], and 1331 dated 30 Rabi Al-Thani 1444 [25 November 2022],
after perusal of Council of Political and Security Affairs Minutes MST/158-4/43,
dated 25 Rabi Al-Thani 1443 [30 November 2021],
after perusal of Council of Economic and Development Affairs Recommendation 2-5/44/R dated 26 Jumada Al-Awwal 1444 [20 December 2022],
and after perusal of the General Committee of the Council of Ministers Recommendation 8446 dated 10 Sha’ban 1444 [3 March 2023],
hereby decides
The Administrative Regulation of the Governorates of (Jeddah, Taif, and Ahsa)—Issued by clause First of Council of Ministers Decision 187 dated 9 Jumada Al-Awwal 1435 [11 March 2014]— is hereby implemented on the Governorates of (Qatif, Khamis Mushait, Khobar, Jubail, Hafr Al-Batin, Kharj, and Yanbu).
