The Governor of the Royal Commission for Ula Governorate,
based on the powers entrusted to him by law,
based on Royal Order O/38 dated 29 Muharram 1442 [17 September 2020], which stipulates in clause First of it the approval of the Statute of the Royal Commission for Ula Governorate, in the form attached to the royal order,
and based on the provisions of clauses Third and Fourth of the mentioned royal order,
based on the provisions of article 7(20) of the Statute of the Royal Commission for Ula Governorate referred to above,
after perusal of article 19 of the Environment Law issued by Royal Decree D/165 dated 19 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1441 [10 July 2020],
after perusal of schedule 1 of the Executive Regulation of the Development of the Vegetation Cover and Combating Desertification of the Environment Law issued by Minister of Environment, Water, and Agriculture Decision 354566/1/1442 dated 25 Jumada Al-Thani 1442 [7 February 2021], which includes the violations and punishments related to this,
after perusal of clause 62 of the Strategic Authorities Matrix issued by the Board of Directors of the Royal Commission for Ula Governorate Decision T/26/25 dated 19 Jumada Al-Awwal 1447 [10 November 2025],
and after perusal of Royal Commission for Ula Governorate Decision 471109 dated 4 Jumada Al-Thani 1447 [25 November 2025], regarding the inventory of vegetative cover lands within the geographical scope of the Royal Commission for Ula Governorate,
and in implementation of the strategic objectives of the commission regarding the conservation of nature, and in order to protect the vegetative cover lands,
hereby decides
First
The violations stipulated in schedule 1(14), (15), (16), (17), and (18) of the Executive Regulation of the Development of the Vegetation Cover and Combating Desertification and the punishments stipulated in the mentioned regulation are hereby implemented to all vegetative cover lands identified by the commission, regardless of their classification status.
Second
The commission shall take all necessary measures to ensure compliance with the implementation of the provisions of this decision.
Third
This decision must be published in the official gazette and the website of the commission, and comes into force after the lapse of 30 days from the date of its publication in the official gazette.
Fourth
This decision must be communicated to those who are required to implement it and act upon it.
