The Governor of the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority,
based on the powers entrusted to him by law,
based on article 6(b) of the Electronic Invoicing Regulation issued by the board of directors of the authority Decision 02-6-20 dated 4 Rabi Al-Thani 1442,
after perusal of Administrative Decision 19821 dated 15 Shawwal 1442 which contains the approval of the Controls, Requirements, Technical Specifications, and Procedural Rules Necessary to Implement the Provisions of the Electronic Invoicing Regulation, as amended by Administrative Decision 62738 dated 23 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1443,
hereby decides
First: The Controls, Requirements, Technical Specifications, and Procedural Rules Necessary to Implement the Provisions of the Electronic Invoicing Regulation issued by Administrative Decision 19821 dated 15 Shawwal 1442, as amended by Administrative Decision 62738 dated 23 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1443, is hereby amended in accordance with the form attached.
Second: This decision must be communicated to those required to implement it, and comes into force on the date of its publication on the official gazette.

The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Agriculture,
based on the powers entrusted to him by law,
based on article 36 of the Agriculture Law, issued by Royal Decree D/64 dated 10 Sha’ban 1442 [3 March 2023], approving the Agriculture Law, and Ministerial Decision 14967/1/1444 dated 15 Muharram 1444 [3 August 2022], approving the Executive Regulation of the Agriculture Law, and the Minister Approval 26555/2348/1444 dated 11 Rabi Al-Awwal 1444 [7 October 2022], dated 9 Rabi Al-Awwal [5 October 2022], authorizing the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Agriculture with the authority to issue technical manuals related to the Executive Regulation of the Agriculture Law, issuing its conditions and controls, and its amendment, and in pursuance of the interest of work,
hereby decides

The Manual of Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products is hereby adopted in the form attached.
Second
This decision comes into force on the date of its publication, it must be communicated to those who are required to implement it and act by virtue of it, and it repeals all previous decisions in conflict with it.
