The Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing
based on the powers entrusted to him by law,
based on the competences of the ministry mentioned in article 5 of the Municipalities and Villages Law issued by Royal Decree D/5 dated 21 Safar 1397 [11 February 1977] and article 48 of the same law, which stipulates “The Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs shall issue the executive regulations and instructions for this law and may delegate some of his powers stipulated in this law to the officials entrusted with the management of municipalities and villages”,
and based on the provisions of the Municipal Licensing Procedures Law issued by Royal Decree D/59 dated 23 Ramadan 1435 [21 July 2014],
The Regulation for Excavation Licenses attached to this decision is hereby approved.
All secretariats and their affiliated and associated municipalities shall adhere to and act in accordance with this regulation.
This regulation must be published on the website of the ministry and comes into force from the date of its publication in the official gazette. It repeals any provisions in conflict with it.
This decision must be communicated to those who are required to implement it.

The Acting President of the Transport General Authority
based on the powers entrusted to him by law,
after perusal of the Law on Public Transport on Roads of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia issued by Royal Decree D/25 dated 21 Jumada Al-Thani 1397 [9 June 1977],
after perusal of the Transport General Authority System issued by Council of Ministers Decision 323 dated 14 Ramadan 1434 [22 July 2013] and its amendments,
after perusal of the Regulation Governing Specialised Transportation and the Rental and Guiding of Buses approved by Decision 118/41/1 dated 7 Jumada Al-Awwal 1441 [3 January 2020]and its amendments,
after perusal of the Regulation Governing Educational Transportation approved by Decision 119/41/1 dated 7 Jumada Al-Awwal 1441 [3 January 2020] and its amendments,
and after perusal of the Regulation Governing the Activity of International Passenger Bus Transport approved by Decision 448 of 24 Rabi Al-Awwal 1444 [20 October 2022]and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
The uniform for bus drivers is hereby adopted for the following activities: Specialised Transport, Rental and Guiding Buses, Educational Transport, and International Passenger Transport by Buses, in accordance with the form attached.
This decision comes into force after 90 days from the date of its publication.
The original decision must be sent to the undersecretary of the authority for land transport to notify those who are required to implement its provisions.
A copy of this decision must be sent to the director general of communication for publication in the official gazette and the official means of communication of the authority.
