The Anti-Bribery Law issued by Royal Decree D/36 dated 29 Dhu Al-Hijja 1412 [30 June 1992] is hereby amended as follows:
1․ The phrase “every person” hereby replaces the phrase “every public officer” mentioned in article 5.
2․ Article 8(7) is hereby amended to read as follows:
Foreign public officers and officers of international institutions and organisations in relation to the conduct of international business.
3. Article 15 is hereby amended to read as follows:
Whoever is convicted of the crime of bribery must be sentenced to the confiscation of the property, advantage, or benefit that is the subject of the crime whenever possible, or the confiscation of its value, as the case may be, and the confiscation of any proceeds resulting from that property, advantage, or benefit.

The establishment of the Public Institution for the Conservation of Coral Reefs and Turtles in the Red Sea is hereby approved, in accordance with its attached organizational arrangements.
The Public Institution for the Conservation of Coral Reefs and Turtles in the Red Sea shall, within a period not exceeding 12 months from the date of approval of clause First of this decision, undertake the following:
1․ Prepare a draft system for the institution, in light of the organizational arrangements—stipulated in clause First of this decision—and the matters that may appear to it in this regard, and submit it, in preparation for completing the necessary legal procedures in this regard.
2․ Review the laws, orders, decrees, decisions, and instructions that have been affected by the provisions of the organizational arrangements—stipulated in clause First of this decision—in coordination with whomever it deems appropriate, propose their amendment in accordance with those arrangements, and report on matters that require the completion of legal procedures in their regard.
Entities that exercise mandates related to the conservation of coral reefs and turtles in the Red Sea—for which the Public Institution for the Conservation of Coral Reefs and Turtles in the Red Sea is competent in accordance with the organizational arrangements stipulated in clause First of this decision—shall continue to exercise their mandates, in coordination with the institution, until the institution undertakes those mandates. Its board of directors may review the work of those entities—related to the mandates of the institution—determine what the institution will undertake from them, and report on matters that require action in their regard.

The Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property shall pay the additional financial costs resulting from the Civil Pension Law due to the application of the procedures mentioned in Council of Ministers Decision 769 dated 30 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1441 [21 July 2020], which amount to 4,316,090 (four million three hundred and sixteen thousand and ninety) Riyal.
The Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property shall pay the additional financial costs resulting from the Social Insurance Law due to the application of the procedures mentioned in Council of Ministers Decision 769 dated 30 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1441 [21 July 2020], which amount to 26,379,997 (twenty-six million three hundred and seventy-nine thousand nine hundred and ninety-seven) Riyal.
The additional financial costs—referred to in clauses First and Second of this decision—must be paid within 12 months from the date of 31 December 2020, on the basis of which the actuarial valuation was prepared, in accordance with the established legal procedures.
