The Council of Ministers,
after perusal of its session held under the chairmanship of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Royal Court File 60233 dated 3 Ramadan 1444 [25 March 2023], regarding the completion of the legal procedures necessary to amend the rank of the Governor of the Supreme Commission for Industrial Security in accordance with article 7 of the system of the commission to be of excellent rank,
after perusal of the System of the High Commission for Industrial Security issued by Council of Ministers Decision 707 of 27 Dhu Al-Hijja 1443 [27 July 2022],
after perusal of the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers Memorandum 2836 dated 18 Ramadan 1444 [9 April 2023],
and after perusal of the General Committee of the Council of Ministers Recommendation 9944 dated 19 Ramadan 1444 [10 April 2023],
hereby decides
Article 7 of the System of the High Commission for Industrial Security issued by Council of Ministers Decision 707 of 27 Dhu Al-Hijja 1443 [27 July 2022] is hereby amended by replacing the phrase “The commission must have a governor with an excellent rank” with the phrase “The commission must have a governor with the rank of a minister”.

hereby decides
The Administrative Regulation of the Governorates of (Jeddah, Taif, and Ahsa)—Issued by clause First of Council of Ministers Decision 187 dated 9 Jumada Al-Awwal 1435 [11 March 2014]— is hereby implemented on the Governorates of (Qatif, Khamis Mushait, Khobar, Jubail, Hafr Al-Batin, Kharj, and Yanbu).
