The Council of Ministers,
after perusal of Royal Court File 95134 dated 27 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1447 [14 May 2026], which includes the Saudi Authority for Electronic Games and Sports Letter 329 dated 18 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1447 [5 May 2026], regarding amending paragraphs 8 and 9 of clause Seventh of the Organizational Arrangements of the Saudi Authority for Electronic Games and Sports,
after perusal of the Organizational Arrangements of the Saudi Authority for Electronic Games and Sports issued by Council of Ministers Decision 436 dated 6 Jumada Al-Thani 1445 [19 December 2023],
after perusal of Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers Memo 355 dated 5 Safar 1448 [19 July 2026],
after perusal of Council of Economic and Development Affairs Minutes 428/48/M dated 30 Safar 1448 [13 August 2026],
and after perusal of General Committee of the Council of Ministers Recommendation 3666 dated 11 Rabi Al-Thani 1448 [22 September 2026],
hereby decides
Clause Seventh of the Organizational Arrangements of the Saudi Authority for Electronic Games and Sports issued by Council of Ministers Decision 436 dated 6 Jumada Al-Thani 1445 [19 December 2023] is hereby amended as follows:
First
The word “others” hereby replaces the phrase “personnel of the authority” mentioned in paragraph 8 of the clause. Second: Paragraph 9 of the clause is hereby amended to read as follows: “A member of the board or the secretary shall not disclose any of the secrets of the authority that he learns, even after the end of his relationship with it.”
