after perusal of Royal Court File 91174 dated 15 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1447 [2 May 2026], which includes the Minister of Culture and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language Telegram 7932 dated 6 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1447 [23 April 2026], regarding the repeal of Council of Ministers Decision 106 dated 14 Safar 1440 [23 October 2018], issued regarding the establishment of the Coordinating Council for Arabic Language Institutions in Non-Arab Countries,
after perusal of Council of Ministers Decision 106 dated 14 Safar 1440 [23 October 2018] and Decision 562 dated 11 Rajab 1445 [23 January 2024],
after perusal of the Statute of the King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language issued by Council of Ministers Decision 34 dated 13 Muharram 1442 [1 September 2020],
after perusal of Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers Memo 4295 dated 29 Dhu Al-Hijja 1447 [15 June 2026],
after perusal of Council of Political and Security Affairs Minutes DT/48/466 dated 16 Safar 1448 [30 July 2026],
and after perusal of General Committee of the Council of Ministers Recommendation 2956 dated 18 Rabi Al-Awwal 1448 [31 August 2026],
hereby decides
Council of Ministers Decision 106 dated 14 Safar 1440 [23 October 2018] is hereby repealed.
