after perusal in its session held under the chairmanship of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, of Royal Court File 84842 dated 24 Shawwal 1447 [12 April 2026], which includes the Minister of Foreign Affairs Telegram 230694 dated 28 Sha’ban 1447 [16 February 2026], regarding the final signed version of the draft General Agreement on Cooperation Between the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Government of the Slovak Republic,
after perusal of the mentioned final version,
after perusal of Council of Ministers Decision 41 dated 6 Safar 1422 [30 April 2001],
after perusal of Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers Memo 3490 dated 12 Shawwal 1447 [31 March 2026],
after considering Shura Council Decision 308/25 dated 19 Shawwal 1447 [7 April 2026],
and after perusal of General Committee of the Council of Ministers Recommendation 12402 dated 22 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1447 [9 May 2026],
hereby decides
The General Agreement on Cooperation Between the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Government of the Slovak Republic signed in the city of Riyadh on 21 Sha’ban 1447, corresponding to 9 February 2026, is hereby approved in the form attached.
A draft royal decree has been prepared in the form attached.
