We, Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud,

after perusal of the Basic Law of Governance issued by Royal Order O/90 dated 27 Sha’ban 1412 [2 March 1992],
after perusal of the Law of Ministers, Vice Ministers, and Employees of the Excellent Rank issued by Royal Decree D/10 dated 18 Rabi Al-Awwal 1391 [13 May 1971],
after perusal of the Statute of the Transport General Authority issued by Council of Ministers Decision 323 dated 14 Ramadan 1434 [22 July 2013]
after perusal of Royal Order O/640 dated 4 Dhu Al-Hijja 1443 [3 July 2022],
and after perusal of Royal Order O/14 dated 3 Rabi Al-Awwal 1414 [20 August 1993],
We hereby order the following
First
Engineer Fawaz bin Zanaaf bin Fawaz Al-Sahli is hereby appointed President of the Transport General Authority with the excellent rank.
Second
This order of Ours must be communicated to the competent entities for adoption and implementation.
