after perusal of the Basic Law of Governance issued by Royal Order O/90 dated 27 Sha’ban 1412 [19 March 1993],
after perusal of the Regions Law issued by Royal Order O/92 dated 27 Sha’ban 1412 [19 March 1993],
after perusal of the Law of Ministers, Vice Ministers, and Employees of the Excellent Grade issued by Royal Decree D/10 dated 18 Rabi Al-Awwal 1391 [14 May 1971],
after perusal of Royal Order O/145 dated 16 Rabi Al-Thani 1444 [11 November 2022],
after perusal of Royal Order O/14 dated 3 Rabi Al-Awwal 1414 [21 August 1993],
we hereby order the following
First
His Highness Prince Mansour bin Mohammed bin Saad Al-Thani Al-Abdulrahman Al-Saud, Governor of Hafar Al-Batin, is hereby relieved from his position.
Second
His Highness Prince Abdulrahman bin Abdullah bin Faisal bin Turki bin Farhan Al-Saud is hereby appointed Governor of Hafar Al-Batin with the excellent grade.
Third
This order of Ours must be communicated to the competent entities for adoption and implementation.
