after perusal in its session held under the chairmanship of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, of Royal Court File 60170 dated 23 Ramadan 1443 [24 April 2022], which includes the Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture Telegram 205384 dated 18 Ramadan 1443 [19 April 2022], regarding the proposal for the Organic Food Day,
after perusal of the Organic Agriculture Policy in the Kingdom issued by Council of Ministers Decision 324 dated 2 Sha’ban 1437 [9 May 2016],
after perusal of Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers Memorandum 902 dated 17 Rabi Al-Awwal 1444 [13 October 2022] and Memorandum 996 dated 27 Rabi Al-Awwal 1444 [23 October 2022],
after perusal of the Council of Economic and Development Affairs Minutes 271/44/M dated 8 Rabi Al-Awwal 1444 [4 October 2022],
and after perusal of the General Committee of the Council of Ministers Recommendation 3248 dated 1 Rabi Al-Thani 1444 [26 October 2022],
hereby decides
The eleventh day of November of each year is hereby named “Organic Food Day”.
