The Board of Directors of the National Centre for Non-Profit Sector Development,
based on the powers granted to it by law,
based on the Regulation of Charity Fundraising issued by Council of Ministers Decision 547 dated 30 Rabi Al-Awwal 1396,
and based on the system of the centre issued by Council of Ministers Decision 816 dated 20 Shawwal 1442,
and in pursuance of public interest,
hereby decides
First: The Executive Instructions of the Regulation of Charity Fundraising is hereby approved in the form attached.
Second: The instructions must be published in the official gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.
