The Minister of Human Resources and Social Development is hereby granted the authority to regulate the work of male and female companions of expatriate formal labour in the Kingdom and determine the expansion of economic activities and professions, in accordance with the controls stipulated in Royal Decree 36568 dated 27 Rajab 1437 [5 May 2016], in coordination with the relevant entities.

The Accession of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Convention for the Protection of Producers of Phonograms Against Unauthorized Duplication of Their Phonograms is hereby approved.
