after perusal of the Basic Law of Governance issued by Royal Order O/90 dated 27 Sha’ban 1412 [2 March 1992],
after perusal of the Law of the Council of Ministers issued by Royal Order O/13 dated 3 Rabi Al-Awwal 1414 [21 August 1993],
after perusal of the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers Memorandum 336 dated 3 Safar 1444 [31 August 2022] and Memorandum 3666 dated 25 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1444 [14 June 2023],
after perusal of Council of Economic and Development Affairs Recommendation 7-12/44/R dated 25 Dhu Al-Hijja 1444 [14 July 2023],
and after perusal of the General Committee of the Council of Ministers Recommendation 2878 dated 19 Rabi Al-Awwal 1445 [4 October 2023],
hereby decides
The Final Account of the State for Fiscal Year 1440/1441 (2019) is hereby adopted.
