The Minister of Human Resources and Social Development,
Chairman of the National Council for Occupational Safety and Health,
based on the powers entrusted to him by law,
after reviewing the provisions of articles 3 and 12 of the Statute of the National Council for Occupational Safety and Health issued by Council of Ministers Decision 379 dated 7 Rajab 1443 [8 February 2022],
based on the second paragraph of the decision to adopt the Governance Framework for Occupational Safety and Health approved by Ministerial Decision 144116 dated 15 Ramadan 1444 [6 April 2023],
and after the perusal and approval of the Council on the Regulation of Licensing and Accreditation of Occupational Safety and Health Practitioners and Providers in the minutes of the 13th meeting of the council, which was held on 27 Dhu Al-Hijja 1446, corresponding to 23 June 2025,
hereby decides
First
The Regulation of Licensing and Accreditation of the Practitioners and Providers of Occupational Safety and Health Services is hereby adopted in the form attached to this decision.
Second
This regulation repeals all provisions that conflict with it.
Third
This decision must be published on the website of the ministry and the council, and comes into force 180 days after the date of its publication in the official gazette.
Fourth
The secretary general of the council shall take the necessary measures to implement it.
