based on the powers entrusted to him by law, and after perusal of:
– Royal Decree D/10 dated 18 Muharram 1443 [26 August 2021], which includes the approval of the amendment of the name of the Law on the Import and Management of Chemicals.
– Our Telegram 134436 dated 5 Jumada Al-Thani 1439 [21 February 2018], which includes the approval of the formation of a committee headed by the General Secretariat of the High Commission for Industrial Security, to review the chemicals listed in the Executive Regulation of the Law on the Import and Management of Chemicals.
– The Law on the Import and Management of Chemicals issued by Royal Decree D/38 dated 16 Jumada Al-Thani 1427 [12 July 2006].
– General Secretariat of the High Commission for Industrial Security minutes attached to Telegram 290171 dated 7 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1445 [15 May 2024], and after perusal the draft executive regulation of the law.
and in pursuance of public interest, hereby decides
First
The Executive Regulation of the Chemicals Management Law is hereby approved in the form attached.
Second
This regulation comes into force from the date of its issuance.
Third
The procedures listed in the regulation must be evaluated, provided that periodic meetings are held to develop them when needed.
