The Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources,
after perusal of article 10 of the Mineral Investment Law issued by Royal Decree D/140,
on 19 Shawwal 1441 [22 February 2021], and pursuant to the provisions of article 12 of the executive regulation of the law issued by Ministerial Decision 3293/1/1444 dated 5 Jumada Al-Thani 1444 [29 December 2022],
after obtaining the approvals of the relevant authorities regarding the designation of the Sand Agreggate Depot Site—north of Al-Khaleej in Bisha Governorate of Asir Region,
and after reviewing the offer of the Deputy for Mining Affairs,
and in pursuance of public interest,
hereby decides
First
Designating the Sand Aggregate Depot Site—East of Al-Khaleej —in Bisha Governorate of Asir Region with an area of
8.54 square kilometers, whose coordinates are shown below as a mining site for mining activities:

Subject to the provisions of article 2 of the law, and without prejudice to the rights of any fixed private property
By a legal document issued before the date of this decision, the site must be protected—which coordinates are set forth in paragraph
First
of this decision—from the infringements of others, not to prejudice, cause or own it, and it is not permitted to dispose of it in any way, including seizure.
Third
The competent entity in the ministry shall follow up the site to ensure that it is not infringed upon.
Fourth
This decision must be communicated to those required to implement its provisions, and must be published on the electronic platforms of the ministry and the official gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
