The Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing,
based on the powers entrusted to him by law,
based on the Law of Municipal Licensing Procedures issued by Royal Decree D/59 of 23 Ramadan 1435 [21 July 2014], Based on article 14 of the aforementioned law, which stipulates: “The minister shall issue the regulation within ninety days from the date of publication of the law, in which the conditions, controls, and forms of municipal licenses are specified.”
hereby decides
First
The Executive Regulation of the Law of Municipal Licensing Procedures is hereby approved in the form attached to this decision.
Second
This regulation replaces the Executive Regulation of the Municipal Licensing Procedures Law issued by Ministerial Decision 10459 of 2 Jumada Al-Awwal 1438 [30 January 2017] and the amendments made to it, and repeals the provisions that are in conflict with it.
Third
This regulation must be published on the website of the ministry and comes into force from the date of its publication in the official gazette.
This decision must be communicated to those who are required to implement it.
