The Council of Ministers,
after perusal of Royal Court File 42213 dated 8 Rajab 1443 [10 February 2022], which includes Presidency of State Security Telegram 83026 dated 5 Jumada Al-Awwal 1443 [10 December 2021], and the Minister of Health, President of the Saudi Health Council Telegram 1170212 dated 1 Safar 1443 [10 August 2021], regarding the request of the Presidency of State Security to approve the addition of the Director of the General Directorate of Medical Services in the Presidency as a member representing it in the Saudi Health Council,
after perusal of article 24(2) of the Law of the Council of Ministers issued by Royal Order O/13 dated 3 Rabi Al-Awwal 1414 [21 August 1993],
after perusal of the Health Law issued by Royal Decree D/11 dated 23 Rabi Al-Awwal 1423 [4 June 2002],
after perusal of Council of Ministers Decisions 418 dated 29 Shawwal 1435 [26 August 2014], Decision 475 dated 9 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1436 [24 August 2015], Decision 283 dated 30 Jumada Al-Awwal 1440 [6 February 2019], Decision 442 dated 4 Sha’ban 1440 [10 April 2019], and Decision 185 dated 27 Rabi Al-Awwal 1443 [3 November 2021],
after perusal of Memorandum 2536 dated 10 Dhu Al-Qa’dah 1443 [10 June 2022] prepared by the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers,
after perusal of Council of Economic and Development Affairs Recommendation 15-54/43/I dated 1 Dhu Al-Hijja 1443 [1 July 2022],
and after perusal of the General Committee of the Council of Ministers Recommendation 98 dated 3 Muharram 1444 [1 August 2022],
hereby decides
Article 16(a) of the Health Law issued by Royal Decree D/11 dated 23 Rabi Al-Awwal 1423 [4 June 2002] is hereby amended by adding the Director of the General Directorate of Medical Services at the Presidency of State Security to the membership of the Saudi Health Council.
